How we’ll work together
As a specialist school prospectus photographer, I can help you formulate a plan to deliver captivating images that best represent your educational establishment. We’ll work together and devise an image list and shooting plan in advance to make the most of the time on site, and minimise time spent moving between different areas of your school. It’s best to choose a day that offers the broadest representation of your curriculum and after school activities. This way we can create a diverse set of images that displays the strengths of your school or college.
We’ll cover photographs of the core curriculum, extra-curricular activities, specialist learning provision, examples of uniform, buildings and facilities as well as staff leadership portraits.
To create a full set of fresh images for your prospectus and marketing strategy I advise at least one full day of photography. This is usually enough to cover all the key areas and provide you with the photographs you need for a complete prospectus. Sometimes it can be necessary to spend two half days or a day and a half photographing as not every area you may wish to cover is timetabled in a single day.
Prospectus photography is best carried out on a bright, fair-weather day. If it’s set to be heavily raining all day I’d advise rescheduling to make the most of your photography.

Specialist school prospectus photographer for Primary Schools covering early years, Key Stages 1 and 2
Depending on the size of your Primary school it may be possible to complete the photography for your prospectus with a half day. Larger schools or those needing an entire new set of images will require a full day of photography.

I’m fully insured with both Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance for your peace of mind, and I have a DBS certificate too.

All my prices include travel within 30 miles of CB24 4RP. For locations further than this reasonable travel fees will be applied.
