I bring my studio setup including professional lighting and a backdrop to your place of work. For headshots we ideally require a space approx 4m x 4m, such as an office boardroom.

We keep the session relaxed to make the very best of your portraits. Staff view their images instantly on-site to ensure they love their look before we finish.

Edited images ready to go

The delivered images are optimised for web and print. We typically supply 3 edited and airbrushed final images per person. Black and white versions are also available free of charge.

Professional studio quality brought to your office with a simple, transparent fee structure.

£250 Headshot Session fee

The £250 session fee includes a studio setup with professional lighting at your preferred location and headshots for 5 employees. Set up usually takes around 20 minutes. Choose whether you'd prefer studio-style, business environment or a customised background.

£25 per additional person

After the initial five people included in your session fee, additional team members can be added for just £25 per person. For example,10 employees would be £375 and for 20 employees it's £625 - keeping your costs predictable across your teams.

The Deliverables

You will receive three professionally edited headshots per person, hand-retouched and provided in both high-resolution (print) and web-optimised formats. Every session includes a full commercial usage license to use your images across your website, LinkedIn, and PR without any hidden fees.

The above pricing allows for 5-10 minutes per individual and for one ‘look’. For longer individual sessions or for multiple ‘looks’ (outfit changes etc), please get in touch to discuss your customised quote.
