Pre-Production & Strategic Planning We begin by collaborating on a bespoke “shot list” and a detailed shooting schedule. By planning this in advance, we maximize our time on-site and minimize transitions between departments, ensuring the school day remains focused on learning while we capture the images you need.
Comprehensive Coverage To showcase the full scope of your school, we aim to document a diverse range of activity. This includes:

Optimizing Your Session For a complete refresh of your prospectus and digital marketing library, I recommend at least one full day of photography. This typically allows us to cover all key areas and key stages. For larger campuses or complex timetables, a day-and-a-half or two half-day sessions can be arranged to ensure every subject is captured in the best possible light.
Post-Production & Professional Delivery Once the shoot is complete, the creative process continues in the studio. I personally curate the thousands of frames captured, selecting only the most compelling and impactful shots to represent your school. Each chosen image undergoes meticulous professional editing – adjusting for colour accuracy, brightness, and clarity -to ensure your facilities and students look their absolute best. Your final, polished library is then uploaded to a secure, password-protected online gallery, allowing you to easily view, share, and download your assets in both high-resolution for print and web-optimised formats.
