The Brief
The Association of Financial Mutuals commissioned me for the second consecutive year to photograph their annual two-day AFM Conference in Manchester.
The event brings together senior leaders and representatives from across the mutual and financial services sector, and the brief was to create a comprehensive set of event imagery that could be used across AFM’s communications, reporting and future event promotion.
The Approach
With this being the second year working with AFM, the focus was on building on an established visual style while capturing the scale, professionalism and atmosphere of the conference.
Over the two days, I worked discreetly across the event programme, ensuring key moments were covered without disrupting speakers or delegates. This included early coordination with organisers to understand the schedule and priorities, allowing seamless coverage of multiple sessions and locations.
